Adult accommodation in a tranquil setting with 2 cottages on 3 1/2 acres of manicured lawns and gardens with 575 feet of waterfrontage on the Bay of Quinte. Whether you're here to relax and enjoy gazing at the water or the magnificent sunsets, or to try your luck at the best pickerel fishing in Ontario, we're at the heart of it at Telegraph Narrows near Northport.

What we provide:
Adult only accommodations.
(2 adults per cottage)
Cottages are complete housekeeping, one bedroom and are equipped with modern appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, TV, oak kitchen cupboards and other amenities including 3 piece bathroom, propane BBQ's, picnic tables, fire pit, campfire wood, one cottage has sunporch, the other a sun deck.

** Private inner harbour and dock for your boat - free boat launching 5 minutes west at Northport.
***Large deck overlooking water.

Health Services:
Holistic health treatments including physiotherapy, acupuncture, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, herbology, essential oil and Reiki treatments available by appointment. Full line of health care products available at Therapy On The Bay.

We do not provide:
Bed, bathroom or kitchen linens or toiletries.
Sorry no children or pets due to deep water harbour.
No smoking in cottages, no excessive alcohol, no drugs whatsoever.

May 24th to September 10th.

Two day package, one or two people: $500.00
Includes two nights accommodation in one of our housekeeping cottages.
Two - one hour treatments (per cottage), as offered by “Therapy on the Bay”, see “Treatments” on this website.
Other treatments are available upon request at an additional charge.

One Week Package, one or two people: $1,800.00
Includes seven nights accommodation in one of our housekeeping cottages.
Ten - one hour treatments (per cottage), as offered by “Therapy on the Bay”, see “Treatments” on this website.
Other treatments are available upon request at an additional charge.

A non-refundable deposit of ½ of package rate at time of booking is required.  Balance of payment is due upon arrival, by cash or cheque only.  Please make cheque payable to Marilyn Holland-Foster.  Please note nearest bank and grocery shopping 15 minutes away, please come prepared if you are arriving late.  We do not accept any credit or debit cards.

Payment in full is required in the event of an unscheduled early departure.

Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Open May 24 to September 7.

Hwy 401 to Marysville turnoff (between Belleville/Napanee) onto Hwy 49 towards Picton, go over Skyway Bridge, bottom of bridge turn west onto Northport Road/Cty Rd 15. Drive west 4.6 km to George's Road. Turn right, 2nd place on right #179. Large grey brick house on water's edge. By water: directly south of red Buoy Q42.

I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis in 2003.  I.C. is a chronic inflammatory condition of the bladder wall producing severe pelvic pain and urinary urgency.
Prolonged sitting and standing can be very uncomfortable.  As pelvic floor dysfunction and I.C. are not common conditions to treat, it was very difficult to find anyone in Ontario who was familiar with this complex ailment.  I eventually had to travel to a pelvic pain clinic in the U.S.A.

After consulting with the specialists at the clinic, they recommended I have Myofascial Release to relax the chronically tightened muscles in the pelvic area.  After months of searching for a physiotherapist that was trained in this method, I found Bruce Foster.
